INGREDIENTS
- Onions
- Chillies
- Prawns
- Tikka Spice
- Fresh Cream
- Butter
- Oil
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Chicken Fillet
- Spring Onion
METHOD
Prawns:
- Marinade prawns in yoghurt and spices.
- Braise chillies and tomatoes.
- Fry prawns in garlic butter.
- Add the fresh cream.
- Fill into puni puris that are fried.
Samoosas:
- Fry onion, chillies, add spices and chicken.
- Add sundries tomatoes and feta.
- Fill samoosas and freeze. Fry just before serving.
