Nameste Khur (Tikka Prawn Pani Puris)

INGREDIENTS

  • Onions
  • Chillies
  • Prawns
  • Tikka Spice
  • Fresh Cream
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Chicken Fillet
  • Spring Onion

METHOD

Prawns:

  1. Marinade prawns in yoghurt and spices.
  2. Braise chillies and tomatoes.
  3. Fry prawns in garlic butter.
  4. Add the fresh cream.
  5. Fill into puni puris that are fried.

Samoosas:

  1. Fry onion, chillies, add spices and chicken.
  2. Add sundries tomatoes and feta.
  3. Fill samoosas and freeze. Fry just before serving.
