- Make sugar caramel
- Add cream
- Whisk
- Add passion fruit
- Blend
- Sieve
- Place into mold
- Melt chocolate
- Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks
- Use the yolk to make a zabaglione
- Whip cream
- Fold all ingredients
- Freeze
